Pest Control in Gray, LA
Plenty of Gray homes sit raised off the ground. The open underside puts vents, pipes and AC openings within reach. That is the way in.
The Healthy Home plan covers ants, roaches, spiders, rodents and wasps. Your technician treats those openings and the ground around them.

What a Gray Service Visit Looks Like
-
How we work
Inspection comes first, and it starts outdoors. Walkways, window frames and the foundation line are looked over, then the attic and the garage. Any active pest infestations are noted, along with the conditions behind them.
Granular bait goes down five feet out from the foundation. Shrubs and trees within that stretch are treated, and so are eaves, access points, cracks, doors and windows. Garbage cans are done on the inside. Webs are cleared off the first and second story, up to twenty-five feet.
A text lands 48 hours ahead, another 24 hours out, and one more when the technician sets off. A knock follows. Afterwards the technician sends a short selfie video of the visit. The residential pest control report arrives by email, listing products and materials used and anything flagged for watching.

The company is locally owned and operated, with home base in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Gray has an office of its own at 4266 West Main Street, and the bayou-region technician is dispatched from there.
Visits come around once a quarter. Treatment concentrates on the exterior, from the foundation out five feet. Interior work happens on the initial service, then only where activity shows up.
What Our Customers Have to Say
If Pests Come Back Between Gray Visits
A re-treat guarantee comes with the plan agreement. Covered pests that show up between scheduled visits mean a return visit, and the re-treatment costs nothing extra.
The guarantee runs as long as the agreement does, starting with a one-year term. It applies to the three maintenance plans: Healthy Home, Healthy Home Plus and Complete Protection Plan.
Bed bug control and termite control are specialty work and carry their own terms.

What Else the Gray Office Handles
Not every pest problem is an insect on the baseboard. The Gray office also takes on wildlife removal, attic insulation replacement and lab-tested mold testing with air quality results.
Rodent and wildlife jobs are inspected before any work is scheduled. Attic work can run from removal of damaged insulation through sanitation to new insulation at an R-30 value.
Mold testing takes baseline readings outside and then indoors, with samples sent to a state certified lab.
