Overhangs are treated if needed. The garage is treated if it is open and you are home. The attic is treated on the initial service and then as needed. The inside of the home is treated on every initial service, with later treatment optional.
The technician dewebs the first story and the second story up to 25 feet high. When the service is done, you are notified with a knock at the door if you are home, or a text message video showing what was found and done. You receive an emailed service report stating that service was done, the products used, and any concerns found.
