Wildlife Pests We Cover
Protect your home and property from Louisiana’s most common nuisance wildlife.
Spotting Wildlife Nesting Activity
Wildlife gets in through loose soffits and vents. You do not need a giant hole. A local inspection finds those weak spots early, before a nest turns into a long-term attic problem.
Common signs wildlife has moved in:
- Scratching, thumping, or rolling in the ceiling or walls, mostly at dawn or after dark.
- Droppings, nesting junk, or torn-up insulation in the attic, around ducts, or by the crawlspace.
- A strong musky or ammonia smell near the attic hatch or crawlspace door.
- Torn soffits, bent vent screens, or chewed fascia along the roofline.
- Greasy rub marks, paw prints, or tracked dirt along the roof edge or the base of the house.
We get them out humanely, fix the vents, and seal the house so your family gets the attic back.
Residential Wildlife Control
Raccoons, squirrels, and opossums get out of your house without a nasty ending. Then openings at soffits, roof vents, eaves, and crawlspaces get sealed with steel or cement, plus durable mesh, so they cannot nest again. You get a one-year warranty on the work.
You get your home back from raccoons, squirrels, or opossums without repeat guesswork. Your inspection-based plan includes photo-documented findings and a 1-year warranty covering the original animal and other wildlife.

How we work
Our approach to wildlife control starts when one of our local pest experts performs a complete property inspection, identifying all the ways animals like raccoons and opossums are getting inside as they seek shelter this fall.
From there, we create a custom pest removal plan that often includes humane trapping and focuses on long-term pest management through exclusion work.
For example, we seal every potential entry point a quarter-inch or larger with materials like steel and cement, preventing reentry and restoring your peace of mind with a one-year warranty on our work.

This time of year, with fall in full swing, animals like raccoons, squirrels, and opossums are more active, often seeking shelter in attics and under homes to raise their young.
We provide comprehensive inspections and exclusion services to not only remove the current animals but also to seal entry points, ensuring your home is protected for the long term.
