Pest control starts with an inspection for current and potential problems before treatment.
You receive a text 48 hours before your appointment to confirm it, another text 24 hours before, and a text when the technician is on the way. On arrival, the technician knocks and, if you are home, asks whether you have any problems.
Your home gets an inspection for current problems, starting with the exterior walkways, windows, and base of the home. The interior inspection is optional. The technician then inspects the attic and, optionally, the garage for current problems. The exterior walkways, windows, and base of the home are inspected for potential problems, followed by an optional interior inspection, the attic, and an optional garage inspection for potential problems.
Before treatment, toys and pet dishes are moved out of the way, and empty pet dishes are refilled. Treatment includes inside garbage cans, the base of the home, granular bait five feet out, shrubs and trees within five feet of the home, eaves, access points, cracks and crevices, doors, and windows. Overhangs are treated if needed. The garage is treated if it is open and you are home. The attic is treated on the initial service and then as needed. The inside of the home is treated on every initial service, with later treatment optional.
The technician dewebs the first story and the second story up to 25 feet high. When the service is done, you are notified with a knock at the door if you are home, or a text message video showing what was found and done. You receive an emailed service report stating that service was done, the products used, and any concerns found.
