You receive a text 48 hours in advance and another 24 hours in advance to confirm the appointment, followed by a text when the technician is on the way. On arrival, the technician knocks and, if you are home, asks about any problems you have noticed.
Your home gets an inspection for current problems, beginning with the exterior walkways, windows, and base of the home. The interior inspection is optional, as is the garage inspection. The attic is also inspected. The technician then checks those same areas for potential problems: exterior walkways, windows, and base of the home; the interior, if inspected; the attic; and the garage, if inspected.
Before treatment, toys and pet dishes are moved out of the way, and empty pet dishes are refilled. Treatment covers inside garbage cans, the base of the home, a five-foot area out from the home with granular bait, and shrubs and trees within five feet. Eaves, access points, cracks and crevices, doors, and windows are treated. Overhangs are treated if needed. The garage is treated if it is open or the owner is home. The attic is treated on the initial service, then as needed. Inside-home treatment is included on every initial service and is optional afterwards. First-story webbing is removed, along with second-story webbing up to 25 feet high.
When the service is done, you are notified by a knock if you are home or by a text message video showing what was found and done. An emailed service report records that the service was done, the products used, and any concerns found.
