How Pest Control Works in Thibodaux

How we work

Your technician checks the exterior walkways, the windows and the base of the home. The attic gets checked too. The garage and the inside are covered when you are home and want them looked at. The pass covers current activity and the conditions that invite more.
A granular bait goes down five feet out from the base of the home. Shrubs and trees inside that band get treated, plus the eaves and overhangs. Cracks, crevices, doors and windows are treated where pests get in. Dewebbing runs up to twenty five feet.
You get a text forty eight hours ahead, and another twenty four hours out. A third text lands when the technician is on the way. Then a knock at the door. The technician sends a short video of what was found and done. A service report follows by email with the products used and any concerns.
Termites and bed bugs run on separate plans with their own visits.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bradley did an excellent job and was thorough. Also very open to answering my questions and allowing me to follow the process. He had good ideas for how to seal up the house and prevent easy access for pests. Thanks for a great job. And friendly guy as well.

Thibodaux Pest Control FAQs

We love helping new customers! Don't see your question answered below?

Call us and we'll be happy to provide more information.

The Healthy Home Plan is built around ants, American cockroaches (palmetto bugs around here), spiders, mice and rats. It also covers crickets, earwigs, silverfish, millipedes, centipedes, beetles, clothes moths, pillbugs, fire ants, wasps and yellow jackets. German cockroaches sit outside it and need the Healthy Home Plus add-on.
Rats come in from the outside, and the roof is a common way in. Roof vents, gaps at the eaves and the openings where AC lines enter all give them a path. Rodent proofing means finding and sealing those points, so the number of vents and openings drives the price. Bait stations and attic treatment come with the Healthy Home plus Rodent option.
In South Louisiana, a home without preventative termite treatment will eventually get termites. Formosan, eastern subterranean and drywood termites all turn up in the region. Preventative work means bait stations around the home or a liquid barrier trenched around the foundation. Termite coverage bundles with pest control under the Complete Protection Plan, which is separate from Healthy Home.
Termite quoting on a slab home can often be done from satellite imagery. Bath traps get treated where the slab opens to the ground under the tub. A raised home gets an in-person visit from an outside sales rep, because the conditions underneath need eyes on them. Inspections split the same way: voids on a slab, the space underneath on a raised home.
